Privacy policy

Poppy Room is a product of Cordelia Works Inc. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Effective July 13, 2026.

What we collect

When you book a meeting or email us, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you choose to tell us about your business. When you send us a project, we receive the materials you send: photographs, plans, surveys, and the property address.

How we use it

We use your information to produce your packages, to communicate with you about them, and to run our business. Photographs you send may be processed by the third-party image services we use to produce the night pictures and videos in your package.

Your clients' information

The photographs and addresses you send us usually belong to your clients' properties. We use them only to produce the package for you, we treat them as confidential, and we never contact your clients.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics scripts on this site.

Service providers

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which keeps standard server logs. Meeting scheduling runs through Calendly; information you enter in the booking widget is also governed by Calendly's privacy policy. Video calls run through Google Meet.

Retention and your choices

We keep project materials for as long as we work together, so returning projects start faster. Email [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new effective date.
