Terms of service

These terms govern the packages Poppy Room produces for landscape contractors. Poppy Room is a product of Cordelia Works Inc ("we", "us"). By ordering a package you agree to them. Effective July 13, 2026.

The service

We produce lighting sales packages and installer sets for landscape contractors, built from the photographs and project materials the contractor sends. Each engagement is confirmed by email or a written quote, which controls if it differs from these terms.

The pictures and videos

The night pictures and videos in a sales package are design previews produced from your photographs. They show design intent. Built results depend on the fixtures, the installation, and the site. Present them to your client as a design preview, never as a photograph of completed work.

The installer set

The installer set is design guidance for a qualified crew. You are responsible for the installation: electrical safety, code compliance, permits, final fixture selection, and the built result. Where a licensed electrician is required, you will use one.

Billing

The sales package is billed at the flat rate quoted for the project. The installer set is billed when you win the bid, at the rate quoted. Quotes are in writing before work starts.

Ownership and license

When a package is paid for, you may present it and build from it under your own brand for that project. The templates, tools, and methods behind the packages remain ours. We may not name you or your client in our own marketing without your written permission.

Your materials

You confirm that you have the right to send us the photographs, plans, and addresses you send, and that your client agreements permit their use in preparing your bid.

Warranty and liability

Packages are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim arising from a package is limited to the fees paid for that package. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the outcome of any bid.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes are resolved in the courts of California.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version appears on this page with a new effective date. Changes do not apply to packages already ordered.
